Go to the public library to gather further information. |

If it's a privately owned company, how can I find out more about their financial situation? |

Often, a company's public accounting firm will refer them to us. Therefore supplying us with sufficient financial information. |

If the company is offering you the position, you can ask to review certain financial records. |

What happened to the person I'm replacing? |

That is one of the best questions to ask. It allows you to see if the company is promoting from within, creating a new position (which means that they are growing), etc. Additionally, if there is a skill or specific personality trait the client is looking for, you may learn about it in their answer. |

We research this type of information and will have it availble to you as our candidate. |

If you are talking with someone other than the person you'll be working for, you may want to ask if the position has had a high turnover rate. It may mean that manager is difficult to work with. |
